1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fluxo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Fluxo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Fluxo is a workflow orchestration platform that enables users to build, review, and deploy multi-step AI workflows with human oversight. The platform includes a visual workflow builder, human-in-the-loop review system, template library, and integrations with third-party services.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a per-seat basis, either monthly or annually. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Fluxo for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware or spam, to interfere with the platform's operation, or to access other users' data without authorization.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all workflow configurations, templates, and data you create on the platform. Fluxo retains ownership of the platform software, documentation, and branding.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fluxo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Fluxo if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform.
